Securing an event date

An enquiry or accepted quotation alone does not always secure the event date. The date is secured after written confirmation and receipt of any required deposit.

Changes

Changes to date, venue, timing, services or quantities may require a revised quotation and a new customer acceptance. Availability is checked again for material changes.

Deposits and balances

Required deposits and payment deadlines appear on the quotation or booking record. Payment processing is completed through the payment method or payment link provided.

Cancellation

Force majeure

Where an event cannot proceed because of circumstances beyond reasonable control, the parties will discuss rescheduling, credit or another fair solution based on costs already committed.
